UFC bantamweight Champ Cody Garbrandt is featured in a UFC video for Trifecta Nutrition which is featured on the UFC’s Facebook Page. The company, which specializes in organic meal delivery, lists Urijah the managing partner.
Garbrandt is featured training in a video that seems similar to an Embedded episode. After working out, the product placement of the prepared meals is seen as Garbrandt talks about how he likes to eat healthy.
Payout Perspective:
The video covers Garbrandt’s first title defense and is used as activation leading up to UFC 217 for the company. Trifecta Nutrition lists Faber as the Managing Partner of the company. Delivery of nutritional meals is one of the latest trends for the health conscious, busy and without time to cook dinner. It’s not known if the UFC has a direct stake in the company but it’s clear that Faber is a part of the company and Garbrandt is a part of Team Alpha Male so the tie in makes sense.
