Payout Blue Book Update

October 24, 2011 by MMAPayout Moderator 4 Comments

The MMAPayout.com Pay-Per-View, Television, and Live Gate & Attendance sections of the  Blue Book have been updated to include all events in 2011. Reminder: you always access the information via the tab on the menu bar of every page.

The sponsorship portion of the Payout Blue Book will be the next big project we will tackle. If anyone has any preferences, feedback, or ideas, please let us know.  We will keep you updated on the progress of the project and will inform you when that goes live.

Thanks for reading as always,
MMAPayout Staff

Thanks guys. I get a lot of value out of the Blue Book. I know it must be a pain to update.

Just an idea. Seeing as this is mmapayout. I think another section listing Fight Org tv contracts both past and current. That info is reported then later into the deal it becomes very hard to find. It would be nice if MMApayout was a one stop place to get that with little effort.

Also maybe a list of fighter contracts as they become known. And/or track their pay for each event as it is reported. For example. Florian would be like..Kenny Florian UFC 101 25k/25K, UFC 118 32K/32K, UFC 126 18K/18K, etc.(numbers made up). So you can look at the fighter and get their reported pay at a glance as it fluctuates

It wouldn’t be to time consuming as you just list the numbers as they are released by the commission. Only the major Orgs and big name fighters from small Orgs would be in the listing.

A vote is not expected during Friday’s DI Cabinet call regarding the NCAA’s proposed 5-year, age-based eligibility rule. Discussion on the topic is expected to continue with action now anticipated at their next meeting the week of June 22.

Overwhelming support remains.
