With the big promotional push for the UFC 100 card this week-end, there have been a wealth of articles on the corporate brain trust over at Zuffa that have gotten the UFC to this point. Multi-Channel News has a cover feature on the UFC and several of it’s executives. Lorenzo Fertitta talks with MCN at length about the past business difficulties of the UFC and the financial breakthroughs that the company has seen recently. UFC VP of Government and Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner talks about the long and bumpy road to getting the sport legalized through out most of the United States. No UFC profile would be complete without the usual Dana White Profile and MCN neatly plays that angle. The usually media reclusive UFC matchmaker Joe Silva missed the MCN series, but was the subject of a feature piece in the the Las Vegas Sun.
