WEC 39 Rating

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has the the ratings info for the WEC 39 card from Sunday night:
The WEC show on 3/1 headlined by Mike Brown vs. Leonard Garcia did a 0.6 rating and 531,229 viewers, down from the 0.65 and 700,000 viewers for Urijah Faber vs. Jens Pulver and Jamie Varner vs. Donald Cerrone on 1/25.
While there was a slight dip from the last card, it has to be a good indicator that they can pull a decent rating sans Faber or Miguel Torres being on the card. Those two fighters are the brand names that have been established thus far within the WEC, so seeing this number has to be encouraging for the WEC brass, and indicative that the focus on the lower weight divisions can be a ratings success.
